Biography
Enid McAleenan has trained and worked in complimentary therapies since 2000. She developed her own complementary therapy business by setting up a centre in Malahide and Portmarnock, Co Dublin in 2000. The centre housed many therapies such as Massage, Aroamtherapy, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Reiki, Bowen Technique to name but a few. Also at the Centre facilitators ran courses in Kinesiology, Personal Development and Meditation.
Enid’s own background is in Aromatherapy, Massage, LaStone Therapy, Touch for Health and Naturopathic Nutrition. Enid has also qualified as trainer with the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
Enid moved to the West of Ireland in 2005 to continue working in her own private clinic and to develop a College of Complementary Therapy that would be uniquely holistic.
Enid will be imparting the knowledge and wisdom accumulated over many years of practice. She will encourage every student who attends a course at the Burren College of Complementary Therapy to develop his/her own skills as a complementary therapist and to nurture and develop themselves as a therapist of excellence.
